Frank Costantini
Founder, ComexSearch
Frank Costantini is the Founder of ComexSearch and a recruiter who approaches executive search with a simple philosophy: every search begins with understanding the client’s needs and finding the talent to meet those needs. With over 25 years of experience across sales, consulting, account management, and talent acquisition, Frank brings a practical, client-centered perspective to identifying professionals who can strengthen teams and move organizations forward.
Frank advises companies on building and improving their communications and marketing functions, both in-house and agency-side. Much of his work is in the highly regulated verticals of financial services, technology, and healthcare/life sciences—areas where
accuracy, sound judgment, and strong leadership are essential. He focuses on learning how each team operates, what the role truly requires, and which qualities will make someone effective in that specific environment.
Rather than overwhelming clients with resumes, Frank zeroes in on candidates who are aligned with the organization’s needs and culture. His approach is grounded in listening, asking the right questions, and understanding the pressures and expectations facing
communications and marketing professionals today.
His experience includes working with teams from top communications and marketing firms as well as in-house departments across multiple sectors. He also supports select financial services clients with specialized recruiting needs, including hiring advisors, analysts, and other client-facing and strategic roles.
At ComexSearch, Frank’s focus is straightforward: understand the needs, find the right professional, and help build teams that work.
